PRIVACY POLICY We do not share, sell or otherwise
distribute customer information of any kind. In the process of
accepting your order we accept information about you. We add your email
address to our in-house database to notify you of special offers if you
choose to participate in the newsletter program. If you wish to be
removed from our list, please let us know by email. When you register
and/or order online your billing and shipping information will be
stored on our secure server for future purchases. Children information
is never solicited nor kept in any format. If you believe your child
signed up for our newsletter please email us at customerservice@puppetcorner.com
we will delete it from our database. Please understand it is impossible
to keep children from adding an email address to our newsletter, we
will delete it on a request or finding out it belongs to a minor. If
you wish for your child to have the newsletter sign-up with your email
address and forward it to them. |
30 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE If you are not
completely happy with your purchase – you can exchange it for another
item within 30 days of receipt of item or return it for a refund on your credit card.
Your item must be in original condition and have all tags in place.
You must email us at orders@puppetcorner.com
within 15 days of receipt of item and request a return authorization
number. Original receipt must accompany the item.

CANCELLATION
You may cancell your order within 24 hours of making it by sending an email to
orders@puppetcorner.com and
put cancellation in the subject, include your name, phone number, items
ordered and the order number in the email body. Orders can only
be cancelled if they have not been shipped.
WARRANTY Products
warranted to arrive in undamaged condition. Damaged or defective goods
will be replaced or a refund given on your credit card (your choice). You have 30 days
from receipt of item to return it to: Online Adventures, Inc., 191 Elizabeth Court, Unit D, Bartlett, IL. 60103 and include a copy of your receipt.

REPLACEMENT If products arrive damaged or
defective, Contact us immediately. New product will be sent upon
receipt and inspection of damaged/defective goods. Items must be
returned in original packaging and ALL original tags intact. |
PAY BY MONEY ORDER or CHECK If you wish to pay by check or money order, you can pint the Order Form PDF
or take your order all through the system and just before we ask for
your credit card print the order and mail it to us with payment. Mail it with your payment made payable to:

| Orders received with money order payments will be shipped ASAP. |
| Paying by check does slow down your order as we don't
ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United
States, paying by personal check typically delays your order two to
three weeks. We will notify you by email when your order ships. |
